These terms
These terms govern your use of the Go Local AI website and our services. By using our website or engaging us for any service, you agree to them.
We have kept them as plain as we can. They do not replace the specific agreements we sign with clients before work begins, including our NDA and data processing agreement. Where a signed agreement and these terms conflict, the signed agreement takes priority.

Go Local AI is a trading name. We are a sole trader based in the United Kingdom.

Our services
We offer AI cost saving audits, local AI implementation pilots, and managed hosting of open-weight AI models. Each service is described on our website and scoped in writing before any engagement begins.
Pricing and payment
All prices are quoted in writing before work begins. We do not use day rates. If the work takes us longer than estimated, we absorb the additional cost. Your invoice does not change over the course of an engagement.
The Lite audit fee is credited in full against a Full audit. The Full audit fee is credited in full against a pilot. Credit terms are stated in the quote.
Payment terms for each engagement are set out in the relevant agreement.
What you receive
You own the deliverables from any audit or pilot we conduct for you. The report, underlying data, test results, configurations and everything else produced during the engagement is yours. You may use it yourself, give it to another provider, or choose not to act on it.
Our methodology, internal tools, templates and proprietary processes remain ours.
Not legal or compliance advice
Our audits and reports are informational. We map data flows, identify costs and test models. We are not solicitors and do not provide legal, regulatory or compliance advice. You should take independent professional advice where needed.
Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Subject to the above, our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, data, business or goodwill.
Intellectual property
Our website content, branding, methodology and tools are our intellectual property. You may not reproduce or redistribute them without our written permission.
Client deliverables are yours, as set out above.
Third-party links
Our website may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. Continued use of our website after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
