Names, contact details, and client account information needed to carry out our audit, pilot or hosting engagements. If you become a client, the personal data processed during an engagement is governed by the separate data processing agreement we sign before work begins, not this notice.

Names and contact details, only where you have given us permission.

When you visit our website

Our website is hosted by Krystal, a UK-based hosting provider. Standard server logs may record your IP address, browser type, pages visited and the time of your visit. These are used for security and to keep the site running. Our website also uses Adobe Fonts, which loads font files from Adobe's servers when you visit.

We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. We do not serve targeted advertisements. If we add cookies in the future, this notice will be updated and consent obtained where required.

For responding to enquiries, complaints or claims: Legitimate Interests. You contacted us and we process your information to respond. Your right to object applies.

For delivering our services: Contract. We process your information to enter into or carry out a contract with you. All data protection rights apply except the right to object.

For information updates or marketing: Consent. We have your permission after giving you all the relevant information. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time.

For complying with legal requirements: Legal Obligation. We are required by law to process this information. Your rights to access, rectification, and restriction of processing apply.

For operating our website: Legitimate Interests. Server logs are necessary for security and site operation. Your right to object applies.

Where we get personal information from

Directly from you when you contact us, use our website, or engage us for a service. We may also collect business contact information from publicly available sources as part of our outreach.

Who we share personal information with

Krystal (website hosting, UK-based). Adobe (font delivery when you visit our website). We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with advertisers.

For client engagements, sub-processors are named in the data processing agreement for that engagement.

How long we keep information

Enquiry correspondence is kept for up to 12 months after our last contact with you, then deleted. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

Server logs are retained in accordance with Krystal's standard retention period.

Client engagement data retention is set out in the data processing agreement for that engagement.

Financial records are kept for as long as required by law.

How to complain

If you have any concerns about our use of your personal information, you can make a complaint to us at contact@go-local.ai.

If you remain unhappy with how we have used your data after raising a complaint with us, you can complain to the ICO.
