It can be as simple as swapping the endpoint your systems connect to. Your team keeps working the way they do now. We handle the setup, and we're alongside you every step of the way.
You don't need to have had an audit with us to start. If you have, the fee from your Full audit is credited against the cost of the pilot.

Your data
Before anything moves, we sign an NDA and a data processing agreement. Your data stays in the UK and is never used to train a model.
Deployment options
Our pilot can be deployed on your existing servers, on dedicated compute we set up together, or hosted and fully managed by us at a partner data centre.
What makes our pilot different
Deployment in mind before anything is built or adapted. The pilot is designed the way the real deployment will be, carefully preplanned and stress tested at every point. The only difference between the pilot and full implementation is scale.
Everything is tested on your real workflows. So friction and integration issues show up during the pilot, not months after a full deployment.
Right-sized models fit to the task. So you’re never wasting compute or tokens on a task by using a model too large for it. A smaller model is often more efficient and cost effective, and we verify that output quality stays consistent with what you have today.
Seamless rollback. Our setup runs alongside your existing systems and does not touch them. If we conclude the pilot with a no, you switch back to your old workflow like we were never there.
Everything built and tested in the pilot is yours. From the results and data to the configuration and tuned prompts.
Full configuration and customisation. Models and routing tailored to each workload, prompts engineered and retrieval tuned on your real data, built for the messy reality of how a business actually works.
Optimisation and recommendations. If we spot a tool, model or system that we think would improve your workflows at a certain stage, we’ll point it out, even if it’s not something we’d ever run for you.
The decision
The pilot ends on a clear decision. The criteria of success or failure are agreed before it starts. If the pilot is successful, the next step could be hosting with us at a flat monthly rate, or we set it up on your own hardware and hand over the keys.
What's not included
Long term hosting, that’s quoted separately.
Implementation beyond the workflows in the pilot.
Rebuilding your data or processes. If the pilot shows your data needs work before any AI workflow will perform, we’ll tell you, but that work is a separate engagement.
Modification of your existing systems. They stay exactly as they are, to allow a real rollback.
If you already know local AI works for your business, and just want a deployment of AI systems in a way that is both sustainable and ethical, we can skip the pilot and go straight to implementation.
Pricing and duration
By quote, agreed in writing before we start. No open ended billing, so the project can't run away from you or your budget. The cost model we build for the pilot is the same one used for the deployment. As you grow, the number grows with you. It scales, it doesn't change shape.
The duration of the pilot depends on which workflows you want initially tested, the size of your business and any other related systems you'd want us to build alongside.
